Shipping Policy

We want your order to reach you smoothly and at no extra cost. Below you will find everything about our delivery area, shipping costs and delivery times.

Delivery area

We deliver to Germany and Austria.

Shipping costs

Shipping is always free. There are no delivery charges added to your order, regardless of the order value. All prices shown in our shop are final prices and include the applicable statutory VAT.

Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after your order and payment have been received.

Delivery time

After processing, the expected delivery time is 6 to 10 days.

The total time from order to delivery is therefore usually 1 to 3 business days of processing plus 6 to 10 days of shipping. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on the product and the destination.

Shipping confirmation and tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. Where tracking is available for your shipment, this email will include a tracking number so you can follow the status of your delivery.

Partial shipments

If your order contains several items, they may occasionally arrive in separate shipments. This never results in any additional shipping costs for you.

Delays

In exceptional cases, for example during periods of high order volume, around public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control, delivery may take longer than estimated. If we expect a significant delay with your order, we will inform you by email.

Incorrect or incomplete address

Please make sure to provide a complete and correct delivery address when ordering. If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us at Info@halleratelier.de so we can find a solution.
